Dispatch:
We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received, however we usually post the same day when cleared payment is received Monday to Friday before 3pm. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.

 

UK Postage:

 

Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Next day delivery depending on the choice you select. We aim to post the goods the next working day after cleared payment has been received. We will inform you via e-mail when you purchase has been dispatched.

 

Standard Royal Mail Policy:

 

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange.

 

International Postage:

 

We offer worldwide postage at very competitive prices.

We only accept payment via Paypal or Postal Order, Cheques are not accepted. We aim to dispatch all goods the next working day after receiving cleared payment, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch the same day if order is received before 3pm. If you can not pay via PayPal and are interested in buying from us please let us know and we may allow other forms of payment.

 

eBay checkout must be completed within 3 days of purchasing and payment must be made within 5 days of purchase. An unpaid item case will  be opened for any item not paid for within 5 days.

No Quibbles Returns Policy:

 

Our no quibbles returns policy means you may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn except for tried on for fit and sizing, with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving delivery of the item(s) purchased. 

 

Please complete the returns form sent with the item on the reverse of the invoice and enclose with the return. Once the item has been received you will receive a full refund minus any P&P charged on the order. If P&P was free then you will receive a full refund.

 

We only refund return delivery costs if the goods are faulty or the wrong item was sent out, for all other returns we do not refund return delivery costs.
