Terms
This listing allows the buyer to select the number of tickets to purchase, also known as a "dutch style" listing. The buy-it-now price is per ticket with the final price calculated as Quantity x Per Ticket Price. You may buy any quantity from 1 to 8 tickets for this event as long as you do NOT leave a single ticket remaining in our inventory. 

For example, in a dutch listing where we are offering 1-6 tickets, we will approve a purchase of 1,2,3,4 or 6 tickets - but not a quantity of 5 as it would leave us with a single ticket in our inventory. Unless we have provided you with prior authorization, we will not approve a purchase in which you leave us with a single ticket.

Please Note: All seats are ALWAYS consecutive seats, unless stated otherwise.

We do NOT substitute tickets. You will receive the exact tickets as denoted within this auction. As we process orders from various sources (e.g. website, phone, eBay, etc...), your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us with your order number. In rare circumstances when these tickets are no longer available, a representative will contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets. If you choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full refund.

Shipping
We ship our tickets via an express delivery method of our choosing.  A signature may be required for delivery of your tickets, it is at our discretion and you will not be notified if a signature will be required. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship. Winning bids and payments placed placed after 12pm Pacific Standard time or on the weekends may ship the following business day.  If you select a delivery method that will not arrive in time for the event, you will be billed for the overnight delivery or provided another option.  Selecting the FREE shipping method and requesting expedited for free is not possible. Please note that the estimated delivery time is from when the order ships, not from when you place the order.  Most times the tickets will ship the same day, if they will not (such as the case of season seat tickets that have yet to be printed) you will be informed of the approximate shipping date.

We Ship Domestically (USA only)  at the following flat rates:
                      FREE is for a 3-5 Business Day Delivery "Standard Shipping"
                      FREE pickup in our Anaheim office ONLY. "Local Pickup"
                      $15 Standard Overnight (Next Business Day by 8pm) "Overnight Flat Rate Shipping Service"

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not bid on this listing if you are unwilling to use a confirmed address.  Also, the name on the PayPal account is the only name who may pick up the tickets.  Please make sure you bring a valid government issued ID with you when picking up your tickets.

Policies
  • PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
  • Payment must be made first for the auction to end. 
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the case of shipping damage or lost items as a result of shipping, the recipient of the item must first make a claim with the shipment carrier. The claim must also be complete before distribution of reimbursement can take place.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled and not postponed or reschedule for another date. Full auction price, less shipping charges, will be provided for officially canceled events.  For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our office to receive refund.
  • Please note: We are not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new event date. In some cases, the auction price is above the face value of the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
  • Seating Chart: Venue seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency, event venue website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout.  Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout.  We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the tickets, including, the Section, Row and Seats # (only if the seat numbers are disclosed within the listing). As a value added service to our clients, we attempt to make a good faith, or bonafide attempt, to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart.  As the venue seating not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats.  Any questions you have with the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue box office.  At the request of any potential bidder, we will gladly furnish the event venue box office number for any of our auctions.
