  Domestic Shipping---FedEx Ground (Transition Time), first class mail and priority mail; NO UPS Service
  Shipping time:  Monday to Friday,  before 1pm eastern time (NY Time) for the same day payment. West coast buyer please make your payment before 10 am in your local time to qualify the same day shipment.
  Tacking number will be generated from system or Paypal. Please check your email on or after 8pm EST.
 
  International Shipping---- USPS Priority International Mail or Express Mail Service with tracking. NO first class international mail (it does not have tracking service).

  Priority International Mail does not have real time tracking. Without any custom delay, it takes 6-10 business  days (two weeks) to arrive.
  Estimate delivery time and shipping charge (based on weight) can be referred to US post office website www.usps.com. (It is buyer's responsibility to pay any custom duty or fee if they put a charge on you. Only 1% chance you will get inquire from custom office)
　

  Lost Claim
  Generally speaking, I do not have responsibility for the loss if the package was lost after delivery. If you provide a wrong address in paypal or live in a certain area, like apartment, you should be responsible for the receiving. I only use the address from your paypal to ship package. Phone number is a good option in case shipping carrier need to call you. 

  Combined Shipping
  I do the combined shipping service. For example, like small items for international buyer, I use the flat rate envelop priority mail service. This big envelop can be filled up to 8 small items, like wallets, mouse pad, key chain etc at only one charge.

► My products are imperfection. It is cowhide leather, oil & wax tanned with special process.The bag have scars, wrinkle, even have smell but they are durable, sturdy, thick and expensive. The leather can last more than half century and may stay with your at all your life. The old the bag, the good looking it has.

► The leather is not painted leather or fake leather which you can see anywhere in supermarket store. Some fresh leather bags could have strong smell but it will gone after a while. Please do some research if you do not know this kind of leather.

   We begin with the real deal, full-grain leather, expertly tanned to bring out its natural beauty, including all those wonderful scratches and scars. These “imperfections” give our bags character and set them apart from the mass-produced “cookie cutter” bags that seem to be everywhere these days.

   In a hand-made process, firstly the leather is lined with premium suede and cut into one of several unique and timeless patterns. Then the bag is hand assembled by skilled artisans using thick nylon stitching. Stylish rivets and rings are added to reinforce potential points of extra stress and wear and functional nickel-plated buckles provide the finishing touch. The result is a ruggedly elegant bag that actually gets better the more you use it.

    Awhile ago I wore a hole in my favorite pair of jeans, just when they were getting good. On a whim I used a small piece of leather to patch the hole. At first the patch was a little stiff, but after a few weeks of wear it softened up and took on a darker richer hue that looked pretty cool.

The same is true of our bags. Although full-grain handcrafted leather looks great from the get-go, over time each bag will take on its own unique appearance, depending on weather, environment, and how much it’s used. With every trip a new series of “character marks” will appear, each with its own story to tell. That’s how it is with high-quality leather. So, if you’re looking for a flawless bag that’s made to maintain a shiny vinyl-like appearance, our bags are not for you.

        Our expert craftsmen realize that the weakest link in any leather bag is the thread that binds it together. The first bag in the picture left was machine sewn with thread that is a standard in the industry. This type of thread is subject to fraying, breaking and stretching to create loose seams. Our bag, hand sewn with heavy-duty nylon thread that, like our leather, is designed to last a lifetime.

Return, Refund and Exchange

  If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund, provided the item is in the same condition it was in when you received it. Return must be proceed within seven days. If you un-wrap the items or move any parts there will be up to 10% processing and handling charge. Postage paid by me will be deducted from total if not product defect, damage or wrong item reason.

Warranty Terms & Leather Bag Maintains

  We do the lifetime support. As long as you have the bag, we will help you fix any issue you could have with the bag. If the bag arrive to you at defective, like missing parts, wrong item, we take care of the cost to solve the issue.

  Generally, we do not give suggestions how to maintain the bag. It is rough leather bag, not shinning girl bags. Think about western cow boys. Do they clean their package everyday? Hmm, that is not the point. In order to keeps its nature look, the leather was tanned by oil, not paint. Scratches or insect bit are very common and you do not need the special care or maintenance. Keep it away from rain, scratch and stain is always a good idea. Some leather fans use all kinds of leather solutions, oil to change the color. Like I said, it is your choice. There is a tag with the bag, you can try that piece to see how it looks like. If you have to clean it in case you must do, use water to clean and put it dry right away. Colorless shoes oil is a good option of leather conditioner but it may dark your leather bag.
