This is a RCA SelectaVision Video Disc Player.  It is Model: SFT 100W.  This unit plays CEDs as part of the Capacitance Electronic Disc System. 

I have plugged the unit into the wall and it powers on.  When I switch it to load/unload it shows a blinking "L" and when switched to play the screen changes as well to begin playing the disc as shown in pictures 5 and 6.  I am able to load a CED into the unit although it did not go in very smoothly.  After a few tries, I was able to load and unload the CED but it may need to be oiled, I'm not sure, as I don't know much about this system.  The system appears to play the discs, as demonstrated in picture 4 as the disc begins to spin and the cartridge with the stylus moves down to play it.  I do not know how to hook this unit into the TV to get the images to appear on the screen so I cannot verify that this feature works.  I can verify that the unit powers on and can be switched from play, to off, to unload/load with the proper screen display. 

Please note that I had some difficulty loading in the CEDs.  This could be user error, or it could be something with the player.  I don't know, but I was able to load/unload several discs with some practice.

This unit is sold as-is and I cannot warranty that it will display images on the the TV because I do not know how to test this feature.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding and inspect the pictures carefully to determine the wear and condition of the item.  I have attempted to describe the itemsto the best of my ability but I may have missed eatures so please ask me if you have any questions at all.
