SHIPPING

All orders are process and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment / funds have cleared.All orders is done via United Parcel Service (UPS).Delivery confirmation number is only available to US conformed address. All will receive a shipping confirmation via email. We do ship to all lower 48 states, to ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO IT WILL BE $20 EXTRA. Do not ship item to PO Boxes APO PPO or  unconfirmed addresses.. No Local Pick up.

RETURNS/WARRANTY

We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to bidding rather then after you receive the product. You may email us at. We are closed on weekends and holidays.  Batteries are not warranted.If your item has a warranty and arrives "not as described" or DOA, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. If the item is found to be "as described", we will impose a 25% restocking fee PLUS YOU MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK To Us ,the original shipping/handling fees will not be refunded. Without RMA paper item will not be accepted. Units serviced by a third party or tampered with will void all warranty.We do not warranty software issues or guarantee internet connectivity.
