This is used on Dacor gas glass cooktops from the 80's. Part # 82002W. White color. Good condition with no cracks,breaks or damage. The small metal inserts are intact. Thanks for looking and email any questions.

 

 

I have been unable to remove the "B" in the last word of the title line. It should read 82002W. The knobs are white.
