This is a single speed Magnetic ( not Air Resistance) Turbo Trainer. So resistance is fixed and is altered by using the gears on your bike. We do also have a multi speed turbo trainer and if that is what you are looking for just follow the link below. It comes fully preassembled and all you need to do is fit the supplied quick release skewer to the rear wheel. The skewers are very presentable Campagnolo look alikes and can be left happily on a bike without disgrace!

This trainer doesn't work with bolt through axles as quick release skewers don't work with Bolt through Hubs.

Unlike most turbo trainers this one comes with the levelling front wheel support which are amazingly expensive when you try to buy them on their own (check them out on ebay!!)
