We inspect all repairs and we guarantee no sidewall repairs. Professional repairs are safe and are not noticeable. Please note, all tires are re-checked visually and with air after the purchase and before shipping. If damage is discovered, then we DO NOT ship damaged tires, instead we contact the customer within 24 hours, via email and/or phone. Our goal is to provide high quality tires and outstanding service to our customers. Please understand there is never a reason to leave negative feedback. Negative feedback will not help! B.M.S. Tire does not carry any liability or provide any warranty on new or used tires. The tires that we sell are sold "As Is". All tires at B.M.S Tire are checked visually and with air. Tires are also inspected for any visually apparent damages. B.M.S. Tire does not know the history or use of these tires. B.M.S. Tire does not accept any liability on New or Used tires. Tire(s) may be returned back for a full refund or replacement within 14 days. To return the tire for a refund or replacement the buyer must contact us by phone to inform us of intent to return. The buyer will pay the return shipping cost. It is the buyer's choice to either receive a refund or a replacement. A refund or replacement will not be given if tire has been driven on.
