SHIPPING:

 

1. We normally ship your item(s) out the same or next day depending on the time of purchase (i.e. if you buy earlier in the day, chances are your item(s) will go out that day. Shipping times are based on general local post office times and are only estimates and not guarantees. 
2. Shipping internationally is via standard shipping, you can request EMS Service for an extra fee.
3. We always provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at your convenience.  E-BAY sends you an email with your order summary as soon as your order has been shipped, which includes your tracking information.
4. Our GUARANTEE to you is that we ALWAYS do our part in shipping out your order on the same or next business day, but please know that it is absolutely not in our control as to when and how the post office delivers your order.

RETURN POLICY:

 

1.                   We accept returns on most items depending on the circumstances. Returns are NOT accepted if the item doesn’t fit (we provide specific measurements) or if you change your mind, don’t like the color etc.
