Return Policy
Returns & refunds/replacements are available for defective items only. Please read the descriptions thoroughly before purchasing an item, in the description section. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchasing. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase date.
Also note that the item has to be in its exact packaging condition for the full refund or exchange. If anything happens to the packaging or the item itself, we won't be able to offer a full refund. Shipping Policy
Canadian Shipping:
Free shipping within Canada is delivered through Canada Post regular size Lettermail, and can take 5-8 business days for the buyer to receive. Speed up in delivery would require Canada Post Expedited Shipping and the delivery may take upto 5 business days depending on the buyer's location.
USA Shipping:
All free shipping in the USA is delivered through Canada Post USA Letterpost and may take upto two weeks depending on the buyer's location. Regular Parcel shipping to USA is done through Canada Post Small Packets-USA-Air and shipping time varies from 5-8 business days.
Shipping Schedule
The daily shipping cut off time is 4pm EST. If you place your order, pay and the payment is approved by PayPal before 4 PM, then your products will be shipped out on the same day. And if the payment is approved after 4 PM, then the shipment leaves the warehouse the following business day. Please note that we DO NOT Ship on weekends and Government Holidays. Please refer to our business hours for more information.
Tracking Numbers/Shipping Notification
Please note that there is no tracking number provided for items shipped via air or lettermail. If your product is shipped via Expedited Parcel, then you will receive notification and a tracking number once your product has been shipped.
Combined Shipping
For purchasing multiple quantities of same item, there is a 100% discount available. This means, for the first product you pay the shipping charge and any additional quantity of same product added to the order will be shipped for free to the buyer.
