PAYMENT
We accept payment made by Paypal (preferred method), Cheque or Postal Orders for orders within the UK. Payment for orders outside of the UK is to be made by Paypal only. Please advise of method of payment after purchase if not using Paypal. Please request for your total when buying multiple items from different listings so that you can claim for combined postage discount. Please make payment within 7 days of purchase.
Postage for this item as stated above. Postage costs are charged relating to the cost of sending the item only - we make no profit from P&P charges. Proof of postage is always obtained.
DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) of received payment in full. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class so please allow 7 working days from cleared payment for delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within this time frame as occasionally items do get delayed or go missing in the postal system. Please note that personal cheques may take up to 7 working days to clear and goods will only be dispatched when the funds have cleared into our account.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of any item for any reason and will refund your payment (item price only) upon receipt of returned item. We simply ask that items are returned in original condition within 30 days and that you notify us by email prior to the item being returned. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. You will be reimbursed if the reason for return is that the goods were faulty.
