PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon receipt of your final invoice. We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. Credit card payments are processed directly through the PayPal system. We do not collect or store credit card or personal information.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We always combine shipping. If your items have not been combined into a single invoice please contact us.
SHIPPING:
We ship using UPS and the US Postal service. We will allow customers to use their own UPS or FedEx account for special shipping situations. It is your responsibility to provide a deliverable ship to address at the time of purchase. Most orders are shipped same day or next day with the exception of freight. We ship M-F inclement weather and holidays are the exception .
Overnight Shipments: We can accommodate most requests. It is recommended that you make your purchase and payment before 3 PM EST. We do not receive regular FedEx pickups, so if you need FedEx service please call or order early.
Overseas Shipments: We ship USPS Priority Mail International in most cases. There are weight and size restrictions to all countries using USPS Priority mail and any other postal service. We do not ship first class mail. Delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Overseas Freight: Some items will require a special certified crate be made prior to shipment. This cost will be added to any freight charges.
*Overseas shipping is quoted as a door to door service. The shipping price does not include taxes (VAT), terminal fees, import fees or any other fees levied by the receiving country. If you are not aware of these additional costs you should contact your local government for more information before your purchase. *
USA Freight Shipments: Items marked over 150 lbs. must be shipped freight. Residential delivery is more expensive than delivery to a commercial address. Freight shipments cannot be sent to an address with an apartment number. A valid phone number is also required prior to shipment.
