Delivery We keep as much stock as possible, so we can supply your order quickly..Usually within 24 hours... However Some items are made to order, these are clearly indicated on the item pages with information on delivery times. All made to order items take 14-21 days.
United Kingdom delivery is £4 on most single orders or combined postage £6.50 for two items or absolutely free if you order any 3 items.
Worldwide delivery is £8.95 (GBP) per order (its more for some items due to weight).
We offer combined postage for multiple items.
Orders are always sent "signed for delivery".
We ship to your eBay addresses but if you would like to send to some other address then please email us before you place an order.

UK exchnge fee is £4 and International £9 To comply with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations all other items are refundable/exchangeable provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt (20 days for International orders. Items must not have been worn and be in their original packaging. Please note that the postage costs will not refunded if customer is sending the item/s back for a refund or if it’s not suitable or for whatever reason. Returns Returning an item to us couldn’t be easier! Please return back to us unworn and with its original packaging with labels/tags intact.
All customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number, ebay user id and a brief note about the return. All items must be sent back via recorded delivery. This is also specified on the Delivery Note that comes inside Order packages.
Non-European Union Customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package or will request you to pay the costs.
Exchanging Corsets or swaps Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tight-laced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition in original packaging. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.
Miscellaneous We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control.
