About Us

At Sole Designer we sell brand new and  authentic fashion from Adidas, 55DSL, Ben Sherman, Guess, Merc, Tommy Hilfiger, Lyle & Scott, Ralph Lauren, Jack & Jones, Lacoste, Hummel, Duck & Cover, Lambretta, Firetrap, Diesel, Gant, Timberland, Fenchurch, Voi, Mish Mash, Nanny State, Sonneti, Guide London, Base London, Nickelson and many others.

Payment

We only accept Paypal and have set all our "buy it now" items to instant payment only. Verified Paypal payments tend to be processed as a priority over unverified Paypal payments. If for any reason we are unhappy with the payment received from an unverified Paypal account, we will send an eBay message to the customer requesting additional information.

Shipping

Our handling period is 1-2 working days after receipt of your payment and this time is used to locate, prepare and package your order. Once the item is ready for despatch, we will send you an automated message using the eBay despatch system. This automated message will contain the tracking number for your delivery. Once you receive the tracking number, you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days for UK customers and between 4-8 days for our International customers. If you have not taken delivery within this timeframe, please contact us using the eBay message system. Our current courier is Royal Mail. We send UK orders by first class recorded delivery and International orders by Royal Mail International Signed For.

Please be aware that we will only send items to the address that is shown on your eBay / Paypal accounts. This is so that we are eligible for the Seller Protection Policy. We will not ship to an alternative address under any circumstances.

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulation, each UK customer by law is entitled to a 7 day "cooling off" period from receipt of purchase within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and make arrangements for a full refund or exchange. If you do not contact us to arrange a return or exchange within the 7 day cooling off period, we will not agree to a return or exchange. Customers who are returning or have agreed to return an item within the 7 day cooling off period must do so promptly. Any unreasonable delay in returning an item to us after first arranging a return within the cooling period may result in rejection of the return.

The returns address is shown on the documents enclosed invoice and also on the reverse of our packaging. When sending items back, it is very important to quote the sales record number that is shown on your invoice as this also acts as your returns number. It is preferred that returns are arranged by prior agreement via the eBay message system so that we can put a note on your sales record which will speed up the returns procedures. If you send an item back without adequate details, there may be a delay in processing it. If you no longer have the invoice that shows the sales record number or if you can’t locate our address, please send an eBay message to us and we will tell you what it is. Please note that the sales record number is not the eBay item number.

Returns for refund or exchange will only be accepted back in its original condition with all tags attached and all packaging retained. The item should not be damaged in any way and will be inspected fully upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet the required standards that will allow us to re-sell the item.

Returns will be refunded or exchanged as per your instructions within 1-2 working days of receipt. It is recommended that you use recorded tracking to return items. Please note that we will not refund your return postage costs.

If you require a refund, we will request the mutual cancellation of the sale on eBay shortly after processing your Paypal refund. If customers decide not to accept the mutual cancellation of the order, we will accept that as your desire to continue with the transaction and we will request payment for the order. Please note that UK Customers will receive a full refund but International customers will only receive a refund less the cost of the postage that we charged to you when you placed the order.

If you are requiring an exchange, we will update the tracking number on eBay for you as soon as the exchange has been posted so please check in your bought items section.

Please be aware that our returns address is a P O Box which gets delivered daily to our warehouse by Royal Mail. Some couriers such as Parcel Force will not deliver to a P O Box. If you plan to make a return with a courier other than Royal Mail then please send a message to us using the eBay message system for an alternative returns address.

Contact Us

It is preferred that customers contact us using the eBay message system for security, peace of mind and for a full audit trail of correspondence. We respond to all eBay messages and it is monitored throughout the day and early evening.
