All orders will be ship out within 1-2 business days after payment received, order placed on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays do not count as processing days, if order placed during these days, your order will be ship on the following Monday or the following business day. UPS is unable to deliver packages to PO box addresses, your order will not be processed until we receive your physical address or we receive the appropriate shipping fee to ship by USPS.
If package is returned to us due to the buyer a wrong or undeliverable address provided by the customer, buyer is responsible for the re-shipping charge. If package is lost or damaged in transit please contact our customer service department, we will help you to file the claim and process the replacement order.

For any reason, if you are not 100% satisfied with any regular price item, return it at your own cost to us with the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in new and unused condition in the original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund of the item price. No stocking fee require. But unfortunately, shipping and handling fee ($9.99 for domestic orders, $24.99 for Canada orders and $35.99 for all International orders) will be deducted from the refund price.
You can request the Returns Merchandise Authorization ((RMA) number via email or contact us by phone at 1-877-809-5525 You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
When returning your item, make sure that the item is with its original packaging, unused, and unworn in its "new" state. Please DO NOT attach the shipping label directly onto the actual shoe box. The shoe box needs to be in "new" or its original condition without any damages or tape marks..

If for very rare reason we make a mistake of sending you the wrong item or a defective item, we will be happy to accept return or exchange. For mistaken or defective items, we will take responsibility for the return / exchange shipping charges. If the item that you received is incorrect or defective/damage, please contact us immediately for UPS prepaid return label and Returns Merchandise Authorization ((RMA)#, we will ship the correct item or replacement once we received the return package and we will pay for the re-shipping cost.

If the item received was correct but does not meet your satisfaction, you can still return for refund. However, the refund amount will be less the shipping charges. If the original order shipping was "FREE SHIPPING", we will automatically deduct $9.99 from the refund price.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's PayPal account or credit card. If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Vluxury. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 3-7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to alternate this. |
