Regular Domestic Shipping

We offer free economy shipping for all orders within the continental US. Economy shipping generally takes 7 business days, though in certain circumstances the shipping time is faster or slower. Orders will ship within two business days from the time the payment for an order clears.

A tracking number will be provided to you through eBay. To view your tracking numbers please click my eBay on the top and then select purchase history.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot change a shipping address once an order is placed. Orders exceeding $250 may require a signature for delivery. Please do not order items over $1000 or using UPS to a PO Box.

Expedited Domestic Shipping

Expedited orders placed on a business day prior to 3 pm EST will ship within one business day of payment clearing. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at this time. A residential or business address is required for all expedited shipments, as UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. UPS Next Day Air packages will be delivered the next business day after shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air packages will be delivered two business days after the ship date. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

International Shipping

All international shipments are subject to possible taxes, duties, and VATs. Ebay WatchOwner is not responsible for calculating or for paying such charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office will be able to calculate these charges for you. A tracking number will be provided to you through eBay. To view your tracking numbers please click my eBay on the top and then select purchase history. Please use your local postal service to view the tracking number. Once the package is given over to your country, the local postal office will update their tracking system and deliver the package to you.

Marking items as a Gift

We are required by law to list the full retail value of every outgoing order and to mark it as a sale. International orders exceeding $500 ship via UPS and may be charged a UPS Delivery Fee in addition to the applicable duties and taxes. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address cannot exceed $2000 and will be sent via USPS.

Payments

Ebay WatchOwner only accepts PayPal approved orders which are processed through eBay. We do not accept orders over the phone or direct PayPal payments.

Restocking Fee

All orders over $3000 are subject to an 10% restocking fee.

Domestic Tax

By law, we are required to charge an 8.875% sales tax on all orders shipping within NY. All other orders are not charged sales tax.

Returns & Warranty

Ebay WatchOwner accepts returns of new, unworn, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be in new condition in the original packaging with security tabs intact.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning an item. Please contact our customer service department via eBay Messaging for this number and return instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and in the event of loss or damage, the customer is responsible. Items are not valid for return if any of the following conditions apply: scratches, breakage, evident wear, removed links, removed security tabs, an opened watch case, or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

Orders exceeding $3000 are subject to an 8% restocking fee without exception, unless otherwise agreed by the WatchOwner eBay staff via mail, fax or e-mail.

Items received "Not as Described"

Please notify us within five business days of purchase if there is a problem with your order. Please inspect all packages carefully as soon as they are delivered.

Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, Opening the inside of watch, Removing links, Removing the security tab on high-end items, or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned.

WatchOwner will service every brand name watch sold in our eBay store for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase. The amount of time WatchOwner will cover a watch will be written in the listing, among the other item attributes.

What does our warranty cover?

The warranty covers the servicing of watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time. Furthermore, although WatchOwner's warranty doesn't cover watch batteries, we do offer up to a 2 month battery replacement.

What does our warranty not cover?

Our warranty does not cover "external damage," to the product, damage that occurs from having the watch serviced by a 3rd party, or any water damage as explained below:

External Damage

WatchOwner does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/strap, watch bezel, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Lastly, the WatchOwner does not cover water damage.

3rd Party

Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the from WatchOwner. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

Water Damage

No wristwatch is truly waterproof. Watches are resistant to water under certain specific conditions. If you use your watch within the water resistance limits specific by the manufacturer, you should get many years of dependable service from it. To avoid damage to a diving watch, always be certain that the crown and case are locked or screwed down before submerging the watch in water. In addition, to prevent corrosion of sensitive watch materials, always clean the watch with freshwater after submerging in saltwater.
