This is our own, hand-dyed (over-dyed) embroidery floss. We use DMC as a base, as I find it to be superior. Twenty yards of  one color in this collection.  See my other listings for single colors and sets.

Plum 1021, a beautiful medium/dark plum.....20 yards.

I use this floss to stitch on punched paper, which cannot be washed. Our floss is dyed with permanent, light fast fabric dyes with fixatives. All over-dyed floss companies will tell you that dye can run when washed. If you need to wash the floss....do it before you do your needlework project so it will not run on the fabric. Wash in cold water; do not use woolite. Rinse several times under running water and blot on paper towel until no color shows on towel. Lay flat or hang to dry.
