Packing
The appropriate packing is always used for every item and delicate items will be packed well, unfortunately damages in transit do sometimes occur, if this happens please contact us so a replacement can be dispatched immediatly.

Dispatch times
All items are posted within 2 working days of cleared payments, an email is also sent on the day of dispatch to keep you informed.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail second class and can take up to ten working days to arrive.
Larger items will be dispatched via a courier, however we will send a seperate email to you to advise of delivery date which is usually within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns
If an item is broken or faulty we will of course replace it. Returns for all other reasons must be notified within 3 working days and returned within 7days for a refund less any postage and packing charges incurred.
