MEYERS SUPPLY INC. offers products that may require professional installation and/or specialized tools. All information describing listed items has been made with the understanding that the buyer is knowledgeable and proficient in the use and/or installation of the product(s) purchased. The buyer(s) specifically holds MEYERS SUPPLY INC. harmless for injury, property damage, or other losses associated with the use and or misuse of items purchased from MEYERS SUPPLY INC. MEYERS SUPPLY INC. does not encourage or recommend the servicing or installation of products by untrained professionals.

MEYERS SUPPLY INC. PAYMENT POLICY

            *No item will be processed, or pulled from inventory, nor will any special order be placed until payment is received.

            We can process payment(s) by credit card* over the phone when requested or the PayPal system is in place for ease of transactions. *We accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.                     

MEYERS SUPPLY INC. RETURN POLICY

            Meyers Supply Co will accept returns under the following conditions:

1)      The issue must be brought to our attention within 14 days of the transaction. Contact with us can be made through eBay messaging or by calling direct at 1-800-524-9154 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.

2)       Refunds due to a manufacturers defect: All electrical item sales are final unless due to a manufacturers defect. If there is a manufacturer’s defect the following conditions apply:

A.    The item must be returned to Meyers Supply Inc., or a designated location, at the buyer’s expense.

B.     Upon receipt of the item it will be sent to the manufacturer for verification of defect.

C.     When the manufacturer reimburses Meyers Supply Inc. a refund will be issued to the buyer for the listed price of the item.

3)      If a refund is being requested due to an error on the buyers part:

A.    The item must be returned to Meyers Supply Inc. at the buyer’s expense.

B.     Upon receipt of the item it will be inspected to insure that it is in the condition that it was listed/sold in (i.e. new, new from old stock, used, etc.) and is in the original packaging.

C.     If the item is found to be in refundable condition, as per the above, a refund will be issued for the listed price of the item minus a $20.00 restocking fee.

4)      MEYERS SUPPLY INC. does not accept returns on products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation/application on the part of the buyer(s) or the buyer’s representative.

MEYERS SUPPLY INC. WARRANTY POLICY

It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the manufacturers warranty information and to submit said information as per the manufacturer’s directions. Meyers Supply Inc. is not authorized to alter the manufacturers warranty in any way and must abide by what is outlined by the manufacturer. Invoices/receipts are shipped with eBay purchases and copies may be obtained through the eBay system. On large purchases shipped directly from the manufacturer Meyers Supply Inc. records serial numbers to verify, if needed, that an item falls within the manufacturers warranty range.

MEYERS SUPPLY INC. SHIPPING POLICY

                        Meyers Supply Inc ships with several carriers (USPS, UPS, & Freight). If requested overnight shipping can be arranged (subject to additional cost). We provide tracking numbers for UPS, and contact information for freight service and/or direct factory shipment. We do not provide tracking numbers for USPS delivery(s). Once the item is processed/shipped and the pertinent information is provided to the customer it is not Meyers Supply Inc.’s responsibility to track said shipment(s).

            When requested and applicable we will combine shipping.

            If an item is damaged during shipment contact us immediately. We will process the damage claim through the carrier and replace the item when necessary.

OUT OF STOCK ISSUES

            Meyers Supply is not only an online store, we are also a plumbing and heating wholesale outlet and our turnover is fast paced. When a purchase is made on eBay we do not pull the item(s) from inventory for processing until payment of said item(s) is received. If an item(s) sells from our stock prior to being processed (finalized purchase on eBay) it may delay the shipping and handling time involved. If needed we may have the item shipped directly from the manufacturer.

            With large items (i.e. furnaces, boilers, water heaters) depending on the time of year there may be a shipping/processing delay due to product demand. We have standing orders in place with the manufacturers and will have the item shipped direct when necessary.

PRODUCT INFORMATION/DESCRIPTION

            If your item received is not as described, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to satisfactorily resolve the issue.

            With the constant updating in technology the manufacturer(s) sometimes upgrade products without notifying us. When an item becomes obsolete and a new model is issued by the manufacturer as “the manufacturer’s recommended replacement” it may be substituted when it is the only available option and conforms to all of the original specifications.

            All items are brand new unless otherwise listed.

In the case of an item being listed as “new from old stock” it is indeed new and unused. Items listed as such are normally specialty items which are either hard to find or no longer produced.

If an item is listed as used the condition of the item will be described in detail and photos will be taken of the exact item. All sales of used/as-is items are final.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

            If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled a cancellation request will be submitted on our part through eBay messaging. The buyer will receive a message through eBay messaging which will require the buyer’s response. Once the cancellation request is acted upon by the buyer (accepted) we will be notified through eBay messaging that the cancellation request has been accepted and we will receive final value credit for the transaction. At that point we will refund what funds are applicable (see MEYERS SUPPLY INC. RETURN POLICY above). If the buyer declines the cancellation request no final value credit will be issued to Meyers Supply Inc., thus any fees incurred for said transaction will be deducted from any refund that is due the buyer.

FEEDBACK POLICY

            Meyers Supply Inc., appreciates your business, we do not use automated feedback. Feedback is not left for a buyer until feedback has been received from the buyer. We do not leave negative feedback. If at any time inappropriate feedback is left by the buyer we will immediately contact eBay customer support and report the issue.

By placing an order through Meyers Supply Inc., the buyer agrees to the policies as outlined above.
