All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective or if the item is not what was described. Please contact us through Ebay. If necessary, you can receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number) to return your item to us. Please take into account, the issuing of an RMA number does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
