Up for grabs is a pair of Rider Boot Co. boots in reverse leather. They are in great overall condition, with only some scuffing on the heel counters and signs of sole-wear. Originally $620 through Leffot. Rider makes their boots in Northern Italy through Cortina, and are of exceptional quality. These are simply awesome boots, featuring hand-stitches on the vamp, toe and counter, a hard-wearing Sestriere sole (like Dainte), and a cool rough-out leather with smooth dark-brown counters. I was suprised how comfortable these are, and the padded collar only adds to this. You can read more about Rider boots here: http://riderboot.com/ And original description from Leffot: The Rider Boot Co. Hobo boots are an enigma. They’re rugged but chic, substantial but refined. Made in rough out leather they’re like suede but not suede more like reverse calfskin. No matter how you slice it they’re cool looking and incredibly comfortable, and available in New York exclusively at Leffot. |
