| How do I combine my items? |
Simply shop for the items you want and pay for them together by using eBay Checkout. Any coupons or eBay credits will be handled by eBay during checkout.

| Have you received my payment? |
Gotham City Online will send you a confirmation email when your payment is received. Please contact us if you cannot locate that email. You can also visit the My eBay section of eBay to lookup the status of your order.

| Has my order been shipped? |
Gotham City Online will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please contact us if you cannot locate that email. We also submit tracking information to your My eBay page, so if you don't receive an email from us, you can visit My eBay to find the tracking number for your order.

| Who pays for duties and customs fees? |
Gotham City Online does NOT collect or charge duties or customs fees. Since most international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government, any fees due will be collected prior or during delivery of the package (C.O.D).

| Can I make an exchange for a different size? |
Our shoes sell so quickly that we are not able to offer even exchanges for a different size, color, or style. We do want you to enjoy your purchase and are happy to assist you in returning any unworn items for a refund or credit valid towards ANY of the thousands of new items we list each week.
