SHIPPING.

Shipping is a flat price of $3.00 per package within the USA.  This includes delivery confirmation. Coins ship in a padded mailer.  This shipping price is good for several coins per package so feel free to combine items but please wait for a correct invoice to be sent to you.  This shipping price is good for Domestic orders within the USA. . Recent post office price changes have pushed the cost of a 1oz First Class International package to over $6.00. I encourage you to combine items to get more value for your shipping fees. I've tried to cover some of the fee previously but it is getting too expensive for me to do this. Any expensive orders ($50.00 and up) I will require registered mail shipping which will cost $14.00 fee +  shipping fee.  Any questions please email me and I will respond within 24 hours or less.

Sorry we do not ship to China or Italy as too many packages have gone missing

Overpayment of Shipping charges will be refunded. Please refer to our chart below for examples of what your shipping totals could be depending on size and weight of your order. Items are generally shipped within 1 business day or the same day after cleared payment has been received. We have no control of delivery times once the parcel has been given to the post office so please check your tracking number which is uploaded in your eBay once the item is shipped.

PAYMENT

Our most efficient method of payment accepted is via Paypal. Payment to be made in United States dollars for all ebay orders. If you wish to combine items between auctions let me know. Please message me to make any arrangements. Due to margins, fees, etc I am unable to carry your order over 10 days without any contact. I can attempt to contact you first and if no response I will be filing non paying bidder in these cases. Most everyone has been fantastic with payment and communications. RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We accept returns, merchandise credit and exchange. Full refund will be issued during 14 days upon receipt of the returned item in my original holder. We hope you are happy with your purchase.  If you are not, please email us and we can provide return instructions. Once in a while mistakes are made on my part and I appreciate our customers who have alerted me to them so I can fix the problem and not have an unhappy buyer.
