About DJM Direct

DJM Direct has been successfully running online since 2004 and during that time has built up a good relationship with both customers and Google. We understand most of our customers are working under pressure and need their orders as soon as possible and thats why we only use professional carriers. We have 100% stock levels ensuring that our customers receive their orders in good condition and in the quickest time possible. We dispatch all our products on a next working day delivery.

DJM Direct is a family run business and offers a more personal service than national companies, going that one step further to meet all our customer expectations. All our staff have trade background and can answer all technical questions, to help make sure your purchase the right product for the application.

DJM Direct purchase in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers. Our prices are aimed to be very competitive on the internet market. We do however hold our own margin so we will continue to be trading for many years to come; providing an after service should you need it.

Collection is available on request. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Payment:

We accept Paypal, bank transfers and most major credit cards credit via sage pay. Please note we do not take any type of payment over the phone. DJM direct require immediate payment, and goods will only be shipped once payment is received in full

Shipping:

All deliveries are delivered the next working day via a 24 hour carrier (Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends); your item must be paid for before 2.30pm to receive this service. Although we despatch the goods on a 24 hour service it is not always guaranteed.

Deliveries to The following postcodes - All BT & ZE including Shetlands, IV2-IV40, IV52-IV54 IV63, KW1-KW14 including ORKNEY ISLANDS, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, All Western Isles, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56(Skye), KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41-PA78, PH41-PH44 Isles of Scilly, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight, will have an extra charge of #15. We cannot ship items weighing over 30kg or longer than 1.5m going to any of these postcodes.

Outside the UK we can ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Republic Of Ireland for an Extra #25.00. Please contact us for any other location for a price. This extra charge is for item weighing up to 30Kg and that are shorter than 1.5m. We cannot ship any items that are over this tolerance.

All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to sign for the goods. Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature.

You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report to us that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

If there is nobody in at the address to sign for the goods for a second time, you may have to collect them from a local depot or there may be a redelivery charge.

Returns: 

We only accept returns of goods that have a returns note which are filled in correctly with an RMA number. When returning any product you will have to upload the returns form from our website and then contact us for a RMA number.

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are not what you expected:

We endeavor to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, you must upload a returns form from our website. Please fill this in including your RMA number and enclose with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier at your own expense. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging. We will refund in full the total cost of the goods, when we receive the items back in a resalable condition.

Returning an item that is faulty in the first 30 Days:

If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt you must upload a returns form from our website. Please fill this in including your RMA number and enclose with the returned goods. We will arrange the uplift of the goods on a day convenient for you (Monday to Friday). Should we and the manufacturer upon receipt of the said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods.

Returning an item that is under manufacturer warranty, but is over the 30 days of receipt:

If we have supplied an item that goes faulty after 30 days of receipt, you should contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. If the manufacturer cannot resolve the issue please contact us. You may be asked to upload the returns form from our website. Please fill this in including your RMA number and enclose with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier at your own expense. Should we and the manufacturer upon receipt of the said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will repair, replace or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods.

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:

If we have supplied an item incorrectly we need to be notified within 14 days of receipt. You will have to upload a returns form from our website. Please fill this in including your RMA number and enclose with the returned goods. We will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time on a day convenient for you (Monday to Friday). Although this will be arranged on the same day, it is not guaranteed the collection driver will be the same driver delivering the goods.

Directions

Take the exit at junction 12 of the M65. Turn onto Lomeshaye Industrial Estate off the roundabout.

Go straight on at both mini roundabouts and over the bridge. Follow the road right to the end ( it looks like you are coming to a dead end ) and we are on the left hand side - unit 43.
