Who...
We use a very friendly white 'van man' courier company for our England and Wales deliveries and a Scottish Courier Company for our Scotland deliveries. They both specialise in delivering furniture and collectables, thus doing a fantastic job of looking after our furniture whilst in transit. They deliver to most UK destinations from £40 and the charge is paid directly to the couriers. Please contact us for a quote.
We estimate to have your item(s) within 20 working days and dispatched within 14 working days but this is dependent on the courier service. Feel free to contact us for a more specific estimation.
When...
Please take note of the above delivery estimation. Items are usually collected from us once weekly and because we use a third party service, when items leave us, we have no control over when your item(s) is/are delivered. Please remember the above when purchasing and providing feedback for us.
Once your item is dispatched from us the courier will then contact you to arrange a delivery time and date. As our couriers travel to many parts of the country in a set, time tabled route, some flexibility with delivery times and dates on our customer's part is appreciated. The deliveries are carried out by one man so it is essential that at the time of delivery help is available to him if necessary e.g heavy furniture.
Where...
We are located in Newcastle upon Tyne and you are able to come directly to us to pick up your item(s). You are also able arrange the use of your own courier. We however do not accept collections from couriers such as DHL, FedEx, Parcel Monkey and so on. This is due to them not being able to give specific collection times and their treatment of items in transit.
By appointment only, you are also able to come and view items from our four floored Newcastle upon Tyne storage facility. We will need to know in advance what you would like to see.
