Payment Policies
Complete payment must be made within 4 days of placing your order (buy-it-now option) or winning your bid. Unless otherwise specified in the listing terms.

We accept Visa & MasterCard where specifically stated in the listing. When not specified it means that we accept PayPal only.
PayPal
We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal, and is confirmed by PayPal as eligible for buyer-seller protection.
We cannot ship to any address you give us over email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. If you have any questions please contact us before paying and we will be happy to help.
Additional Verification
Sometimes we need to contact you for additional verification. This may happen if your PayPal address is unconfirmed or if your credit card needs additional verification, or in other occasions. Please make sure your eBay phone number and email address are updated, and your spam filters allow emails from us.
The price includes all costs.
If you encounter any additional costs, please email us for an immediate refund. A copy of your purchase receipt must be included with this application, as well as any other relevant paperwork, describing the nature and amount of any such additional costs.
General Shipping Policies
We Ship Only to the following EU Member States. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & UK.
We can only ship to a verified address.
We cannot ship To PO Boxes.

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days.
This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.
The carrier will send the package back to us if delivery fails; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). If the item is advertised with free shipping, then the actual cost of shipping will be calculated in this case.
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address.
Customer that cancels an order, or rejects a parcel after parcel has been shipped, will be responsible for the cost of shipping (back and forth). If the item is advertised with free shipping, then the actual cost of shipping will be calculated in this case.
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.
If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.
Return Policies
If there is any problem with the item please email us before leaving feedback. We solve all issues.
All returns must be approved before you ship any item back to us.
If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.
Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
A minimum 5% cancellation fee will apply to all orders that are returned for non-defective reasons.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 5% cancellation fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
