We accept payments via PayPal (Credit & Debit Cards), Direct Bank Deposit (bank details will be shown on checkout page if Direct Bank Deposit is selected as the method of payment).
Please note, payments made via PayPal E-Cheque takes around 5 to 7 business days to clear and 1 to 4 business days for Bank Deposits to clear. Please leave your eBay ID as the payment reference, or message us as soon as the payment is made.
Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
We ship every business day and order will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been cleared.
We deliver across Australia but are unable to deliver to another counteies. We will only ship to the eBay address provided during checkout. Therefore please ensure your details are up to date.
Unfortuantely, we are unable to offer pickup as an option.
All items sold in our store are protected by a 30 days ‘no questions asked’ return policy. However refund or exchange can only be made if:
· The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.
· The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession.
· Any customised or decorated item(s) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for postage cost associated with the return. Please note, postage is included in the final price for the‘Free Postage’item. However in the event of return, refunds will be made by deducting the postage cost from the total value. Unless in rare occasion that we may have sent you an incorrect style, we will reimburse postage expense for the return of the item.
In the case a faulty or incorrect item has been sent, please contat us so the situation can be remediated.
