Please use one of the 'Send' links below to send your photo(s) over to us after reading the details regarding file sizes. We may be able to make a good looking canvas from smaller sized files than we have outlined below, but this is a general guideline for most photos - if you have the settings on your phone to take small photos so they take up less memory (most phones ship with low quality settings in place!) it might not be  possible to order a large size for this - if you are not sure please send your photos over and we will be happy to advise you.

When you send your photo(s) to use please advise us if you would like anything in particular doing re: positioning your picture on your canvas etc

Please check your emails regularly including any SPAM/JUNK folders in case we have tried to contact you about your order. If your photo is not suitable for the canvas size that you have ordered, or if we need to check something with you we will be in touch pretty soon after your order has been placed. Any delays from your end will of course mean that printing your order may be delayed!

Please be cautious re: sending photos from Facebook, particularly older pictures as it is possible that they may not be suitable for printing onto canvas (depending on canvas size ordered). Newer ones may be downloaded at a higher resolution so may be OK.

Please DO NOT send photos via eBays message system as they will be automatically compressed and making them less likely to be suitable for your order.

IMPORTANT: If you want your picture in a specific  position/orientation on your canvas please let us know when you send your photo  to us otherwise we will do what we feel is best, which may include sending a  slightly different sized canvas, for example a square instead of a rectangle

Please note: We do not offer any guarantees regarding providing a perfect match to the  colours that you see on your screen. We calibrate our screens and printers on a regular basis but this does not mean what you see on your display is the exact way your photo will look when printed (due to differences in screen calibration - it is likely that most people's displays are not calibrated anyway). Please be aware that screen brightness/contrast/saturation settings can all make a difference to the colours that you see on your screen.

Please Note: We try our best to make the prices of our canvas prints as competitive as possible. Rather than ask for more money for shipping we have tried to calculate our prices with everything included so that our customers can see the final price without any hidden costs anywhere.

Included in our prices are our costs for the stretcher bars, canvas, ink, protective varnish, hangers etc; our shipping fees (which keep on rising!!); the cost of our packaging for sending your canvas out securely in; as well as eBay and PayPal fees on the full price that is paid.

Separating shipping out would mean that fees are not paid on the shipping cost, meaning that our fees could be lowered but we feel that it is better for our customers to easily see what the total price will be and for there to be NO HIDDEN COSTS!
