All items will be shipped in one box to the same address. You need to wait for a combined invoice to get the free shipping for the additional items.

This listing is for a plaid cape, gaitors (shoe or boot coverings) white fur hat and white fur muff that are made to look like Samantha's. They are not made by American Girl but are of the same or better quality.

The doll and boots are not included.
