• The following pieces are fixed (semi-permanently attached).... each antler at the top corner of the head, the piece with the ribbon is attached to the back of the head, and the top piece of the scarf is attached to the bottom piece. After many variations, it was best to have these pieces fixed to provide more stability.

The Lego® Store Monthly Model Mini Build (MMMB) program was launched in December, 2008 and invited kids to come to the Lego® Store once a month, and build a little model for free. These models are usually themed based on the holidays in a month or the season, and are a lot of fun. Up until the end of 2011, these were not packaged in polybags by the Lego® factory. Store employees would sort the pieces and provide them to kids in disposable cups or bags to be built right there in the store. They now have "themed" builds for free such as Friends or Chima. Lego Club offers Building Steps http://club.lego.com/en-us/building-steps which is a catalog of instructions that you use your own supply of Lego bricks from sets you already own to complete the build.

Shipping Policy and Procedures

• All items are shipped via USPS in a padded envelope with first class or parcel post postage unless requested otherwise.
• International buyers are responsible for understanding the customs duties, fees and procedures for your country BEFORE placing an order. You control how much you will pay in customs duties based on how much you order. Orders are shipped via airmail with the approriate customs forms. The net order value (order total excluding shipping minus coupons) will be recorded on the customs form. We reserve the right to cancel orders requesting falsification of customs documents.
• Shipping costs are actual postage, and buyers can verify them on USPS.com.
• Orders are normally mailed 5 days a week. Normally, it would never be more than 3 days between payment received and items shipped. You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.

• Pieces listed as "new" are part-out from new sets, from LEGO Store Pick-a-Brick, or from other sources. New parts are always in a bag or bin with other parts, so they come in contact with other pieces. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any part sold as "new", we will be happy to refund or replace the part. All new minifigures are sold assembled as shown in the pictures, with the exception of capes which are stored flat to avoid wrinkles.
