All postal items include free freight via Australia Post Standard Service as part of the listing.

Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to obtain insurance for the goods, we will package and label the goods in a proper safe manner prior to freight and will not be liable for any damages. Local pickup is not available.

All no postal items i.e glass panels are shipped via Bohaul Express. Please make payment for this at same time checkout is completed.

All goods purchased from bluepageStore must be inspected upon delivery and before installation. We do not accept responsibility for any damages caused after purchase and cannot be held liable for any incorrect dimensions chosen by the Customer after installation. Products returned due to faulty workmanship must be returned in its original packaging undamaged.

We appreciate that sometimes the product does not work out or you may change your mind. We will accept Returns in original saleable condition. Returns will incur a 10% administration or re-stocking fee.

We do not accept returns on off cuts or unused tiles. We do not accept returns on glass. Postage and Freight costs are non-refundable. All items are to be returned at buyers expense. All glass has a 10 year limited warranty.

Left over tiles or stone products cannot be returned unless an arrangement has been made with Direct Bathrooms prior to purchase. Extra pieces or off-cuts of tile or stone products purchased are strictly non-refundable. Returns will incur a 10 percent administration or re-stacking fee.
