Payment:

We only accept payment via paypal, the following are our payment terms; 

• All goods purchased must be paid in full within 7 days of order

• All listings include VAT

• All items sold are brand new and include a full manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated

Postage:

Most orders placed before 2pm with cleared payment are dispatched by first class mail the same day Monday to Friday. 

International Orders:

We welcome overseas orders.  Please contact us for a quote by using the ask a question link in the Seller Info section above.

Collection of Goods

 Customers are more than welcome to arrange collection of goods from our business premises during shop opening Hours, Monday-Saturday 9am-5.30pm at the address below;

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 7 working days for full credit or refund (if any items were purchased with free p&p the cost of seller postage will be deducted from the refund).  It is your responsibility to return any such items unused and in their undamaged original box. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return and will remain so until the item has been received by the seller. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than unused, will be returned to you and the cost of the item and return carriage charged to your account.  If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.  Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
