With it you can place any (or even all) of the 4 buttons into autofire more . Moreover,it also operates with extended 6 buttons pads Neogeo compatible built for superguns. If you use such a pad,all of the 6 buttons can be switch into autofire mode (for example,it'll support blue elf 2 in native)
How does it work ?
It so simple,if you want a button to be switch into autofire mode,just push start button and the button at the same time during 2 seconds and thats all . You just have to do the same to remove the autofire mode.
There is also a single dipswitch for 5V power supply. If your pad needs to be powered by 5V, Switch ON , else just switch OFF ;that way it'll operate with all available neo geo controller
Let's try to play Metal Slug with it,you'll really feel the difference and never again you'll play without the retroelectronik Autofire system.

Please note that if you want to play on an original SNK NEO GEO AES system, you will need to use for example a NEO GEO Controller extension cable as the db15 included on the neogeo AES is not really standard as it needs a longer female connector to connect.
