On Thursday 6th July 2017, my daughter and I were extremely lucky to have a wonderful experience – little did we know just how precious this experience was going to be.

As a treat for us both, I purchase the VIP World Tour Experience tickets for Linkin Park’s gig at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena (I have posted pictures of my package confirmation from CID Entertainment). We have both loved Linkin Park for years and having the opportunity to meet them and have a backstage tour was just too good to miss.

What a lovely, down to earth group of guys Linkin Park were. I have posted the collection of Polaroid pictures the staff took for us – I will treasure them forever.

The most beautiful (and heart-breaking) part of this whole experience was when Chester hugged my daughter, let her cry on his shoulder and spent some special one to one time with her talking about her mental health struggles and saying how it’s important that she is still here………………………………….

To hear the awful news that Chester had taken his own life just two weeks later to the day was devastating.

The reason for this listing - we both received brand new Fender guitars signed in front of us by the band and some other personal items were also signed. We have one each – we don’t need 2 and I think it’s important for someone else to have this special item from the very last concert Chester ever performed in.

I would like to use the money raised from this listing to buy my daughter the equipment she needs for her media course to help her have a good future. Ideally, I would like the guitar to be collection only or I will deliver within a reasonable distance for petrol costs.
