Defective items will be exchanged within 30 days from delivery. Please allow 5 days to process the return but you must E-mail us before returning any item. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item back to us. We will not accept any freight collect for the return item.

The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in brand new condition and include all packaging material. 

Item is guaranteed to be as described. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions or concerns in advance.
