Terms of Bidding
If you have less than 10 feedbacks on eBay, please contact us via eBay messaging prior to bidding. We reserve the right to remove bids of buyers with low or poor or negative feedback.
We highly recommend that you inspect this vehicle in person prior to bidding as it is SOLD AS IS with no warranty.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle before the auction ends and to be satisfied as to the condition/value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The Seller, Auction Dealer Services, shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with the Buyers request prior to the close of the Sale. The Seller, Auction Dealer Services, assumes no responsibility for any repairs.
No inspections will be allowed after the auction ends. As these are Pre-Owned vehicles, they may have chips, dings, scratches and other imperfections not listed in the description. If you are unclear about anything, ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included.

Please do not bid on our vehicles unless you are serious about owning the vehicle. Bidding on this auction is a legally binding contract to purchase. All non-paying high Bidders will be reported to eBay.
Terms of Sale
Please be ready to place a non-refundable $500 deposit within (24) hours of the close of the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal. PayPal is for the deposit only with the balance due in cash or a cashiers check or a wire transfer and is due within (7) days of auction end. The Winning Bidder must contact us by eBay messaging within (24) hours of the close of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time.
PLEASE send us your information as soon as possible to speed up the transaction for your benefit and ours.
If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and keep the $500 deposit.
If no contact is made within (24) hours, Auction Dealer Services reserves the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next highest Bidder or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Before you pick up this vehicle you have to complete all paperwork with Auction Dealer Services.
The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle within 7 days following the close of the auction. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. A $25 per day storage fee will be added after 7 days unless other arrangements are made beforehand.
We do not handle the shipping of vehicles. As the Buyer, you would be responsible for obtaining a quote, hiring and payment to the Shipping Company of your choice. Auction Dealer Services is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred by any such Shipping Company.
Warranty Information
This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed, written or implied. The Seller, Auction Dealer Services, shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Again, we highly recommend that you inspect this vehicle in person prior to bidding as it is SOLD AS IS with no warranty. No inspections will be allowed after the auction ends.
