This is a Vintage Collectible Art Pottery HULL USA Imperial Chalice Pedestal Or Footed low Bulb Planter Vase. The color is a deep  green with turquoise and it is very highly glossed or glazed.  It is # F24 and features a Diamond Quilting pattern with a ceramic pottery beading above the quilt pattern. it is 6 1/4" in diameter and 4" tall. The pedestal has a smaller version of the quilt pattern around the middle. No chips cracks or dings. BEAUTIFUL !!
