Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. Texas shipments and local pick ups are charged 7.25% sales tax. If you are tax exempt, we will need a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax form.

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders will usually ship 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail.
Local pickup is available from 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. 7.25% Texas sales tax will be added to the order total.
We do not ship on other's accounts or allow the buyer to arrange their own shipping. |

This item is guaranteed to be as described. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem. We will provide instructions to return the item for exchange or refund. We will not accept any returns without an RMA Number on the box.
The return authorization expires 21 days after it has been assigned, If a return is received after this time, the package will be returned to sender.
Returns need to be packaged with the same care when originally shipped. If a returned item is damaged during shipping, the buyer is responsible for seeking reimbursement from the shipping company.
Returns for any reason other than defects not described incur a 15% restocking fee. If an item is returned defective but tests fine we will refund the item price minus a 15% restocking fee.
We do not reimburse fees incurred from testing/diagnosing/shipping items. |
