Item Description

We try our best to describe and provide as much information as we can. We state what we know, the rest--we don’t know. For used items, expect some wear and tear due to normal use.

Problems

If there is any problem with the item received, please contact us (bbqbee@hotmail.com) first. We will try our best to help you. For items shipped with insurance, we will provide necessary information for you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep the original shipping package and label for insurance claim.

Problem-makers (non-paying bidder, rude buyer, liar, scammer, etc) will be reported and added to our Blocked Bidder list, and the information will be shared with other sellers.

Payments

We accept different payment methods. If PayPal is accepted for this particular item, we will ship to confirmed address only. Non-instant payment must be cleared before shipping. We do not charge sales tax.

Shipping

Items are usually sent on the next business day after payment is received. In order to minimize the negative impact of rough handling during shipping, we pack all items well. Our shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.

To simplify the process and make cost clear to the bidder, we charge a flat rate for shipping & handling regardless of the actual cost. We trust that all bidders will consider the total cost when making bidding decisions. Therefore, please do not ask how much it actually costs to ship a particular item. If you do not agree with our shipping charge and policy, please do not bid.

Returns

Items sold AS-IS are non-refundable. Other items may be returned within 5 days of receiving the item, but item must be in its ORIGINAL condition. You must contact us first within 5 days and ship the item within 7 days after item is delivered.
