ü Our items are placed in anti-static bags, surrounded with Bubble-Wrap Strong, and packed in a crush proof box (double walls of 200 lb test on 3 sides).

Domestic Buyers: You can choose the following options at checkout if your item weight permits it:

1. USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated 3-5 business days, but delays can occur. There is no tracking with this service outside of delivery confirmation. Items under 13 ounces ship this way unless you purchase an expedited service.

2. USPS Priority or FedEx Ground: Estimated 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Items over 13 ounces will ship via one of these two services, at our discretion. We do not ship via UPS.

3. USPS or FedEx Express Mail: Next-day delivery to most areas. Provides detailed tracking and $100.00 automatically.

International buyers: Please use the shipping calculator in our auction. All items ship via USPS or FedEx. Please add a note to PayPal WHEN YOU PAY if you have a question about this. We provide the following international shipping options, depending on weight and package size:

1. USPS First-Class Mail International: For packages under 13 ounces. Shipping time is several weeks. There is little-to-no tracking except delivery confirmation. Insurance is not available.

2. Priority International: Shipping time is estimated at 6-10 business days. This will ship via USPS or FedEx, at our discretion. Tracking updates are not guaranteed.

3. Express International: Shipping time is estimated at 3-5 business days. This will ship via USPS or FedEx, at our discretion. Guaranteed tracking and insurance up to $100.00 is included.

*Local customs delays in your area may prolong shipping estimates.

** We are not responsible for slow USPS shipping times, delays, or lack of tracking updates. Please do not rate us poorly for issues that we don't control!

RETURN POLICY

ü      We offer a 14-day warranty on this product. If your purchase arrives and is not as described, you may return it for a refund/exchange. Please notify us within 3-days of delivery confirmation.

ü       All sales are final. Changing your mind or not reading the auction details is not cause for a refund/exchange. In the event that we do approve your refund under these circumstances, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.

ü       We log ALL serial numbers. Please do not try and send back your bad product and claim it was ours!
