Returns:

If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify PC Parts, Inc. by telephone within 15 days of delivery at (717) 233-3419, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, EST. Calling is the fastest way to resolve your product issue, email will delay processing of your return.

  • Returns are for CREDIT only. Credits must be used within 90 days.
  • Products with cosmetic or compatibility issues may not be returned. Please educate yourself as to what your are purchasing prior to bidding.
  • Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • All Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date.
  • Freight on all returns must be PREPAID.

In order to return a product to PC Parts, Inc., you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from your salesperson. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.

Damages:

If you receive a product damaged in transit by the shipper, you must contact us by telephone within 3 business days of delivery. Call (717) 233-3419, M-F 9am – 6pm EST. A damage claim will be filed and we will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up by the original shipper. A replacement item will be shipped to you. Please note, items sold "AS-IS" may not be returned for damage.

General:

  • All eBay bids and sales are final.
