Commodore PET Model 4016

Item is sold as not working

When turned on power goes through to computer it sounds like it should turn on but doesn't.

Condition of keyboard and case are good for its age.

All keys seem to be in good order but cant test as pet wont turn on.

Would prefer local collection but postage can be arranged.
