Offered is a vintage desk lamp from the early 1900s, made by Amronlite.  I am not normally a dealer in antique lighting, but I will try to describe the condition as clearly as possible.  The shade is in very good condition; I would rate it excellent, except that (on close examination) there are two or three instances of slight flecking on the edges.  The shade itself is held to the body of the lamp by two brass plates sandwiched together to pinch/hold the glass.  These plates are somewhat loose, resulting in movement of the shade, but they appear to be readily correctable - probably best done by an expert.  Otherwise, the hardware of the unit is in very good condition.  I have not made any attempt to clean or otherwise affect the patina of the surface.  It is a lovely lamp when lit, of obvious quality.  The base is 6.5" x 6.5", and the heighth is about 14" maximum.  It is a very heavy unit, weighing 12 pounds.  Paypal is accepted; Shipping will be $16.00, using a USPS Priority mail large box, and the unit will be partially disassembled in order to full protect the lamp shade from damage.  Thanks for looking!
