Pick Up

Return and Refund
- We accept defective items returned within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- After this 14-day window, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.
- Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non-faulty items.
- If the listing price has free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount.
- Buyer will pay the return postage for a non-faulty item.
- Return must be received in new condition with the original packaging.
- Non-faulty returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Attention: DO NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honoured by the shipping company.
