Lt. Colonel Henry Theophilus Clements (1732-1795) of Ashfield, County Cavan, Ireland, was Member of Parliament for County Leitrim from 1776 until 1783 and again from 1790 to 1795, and High Sheriff of County Leitrim in 1773. He was also the Lieutenant Colonel of the 69th Regiment.
