NOTE:
1. Mileage posted on some items are from Autocheck, if the mileage on the speedometer varies from what we posted buyer has the option to return the item for a full refund.
 
2. Some door mirrors have a file photo if you do not see a picutre of the actual vehicle than color on mirror may vary. Read our description to make sure you are buying the correct door mirror.
 
3. Drivetrain puchases will need to be varified before shipping to make sure item is compatible with buyers vehicle,  we will need the Vin# off buyers vehicle and ID numbers if needed. Engines are sold as Long Blocks which include the block, internal parts, heads, valve cover(s) and oil pan. Any other accessories such as manifolds, water pump, electrical parts, sensors, hoses, flywheel or flexplates left on the engine are not covered under our warranty.
 
4. If going to a business with a unloading dock or forklift we require the business name, address and phone number, otherwise items will be shipped to a terminal for will call.
 
5. CD Changers Do Not Include CD Cartridge Unless Stated. Radios Do Not include Codes unless we state it on the auction.
 
6. If paying with a different credit card we have to fax a credit card authorization form (we don't accept credit cards over the phone. We only accept U.S Payment Methods we Do Not accept International Payments.  
 

Shipping charges refer only to continental 48 lower states in the U.S
Shipping is available on some parts to these states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Outbound map is based on a estimated delivery once buyer receives a tracking number, All Auto Parts does not guarentee delivery time.

Payment

We accept PayPal. If paying via PayPal we only ship to a confirmed PayPal billing address.  Visa and  Master Card are also accepted. Payments are due within 2 days of auction close. Note: Sales tax of 7.75% will be charged to California Residents.

Shipping

Small Parts
We ship by UPS Ground or USPS to the lower 48 states. We do not ship outside the continental United States. UPS will only deliver to a physical address. NO PO BOXES. Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 days from receipt of full payment and should be received within 5-7 days after shipment.
All small parts are shipped UPS ground.
A signature is required upon Shipping UPS .
UPS shipping shipping insurance is $10.00 (optional)
Tracking Information will be sent when part is shipped

Air Bags
Federal Law requires all air bags to be shipped as hazardous material.
All Airbags must be shipped as hazmat - not via air shipment. There are No Exceptions.

Engines and Transmissions
Engines and transmissions are shipped using Freight Companies. We ship to a commercial address with unloading facilities or a local terminal for pick-up. Please email us with your zip code so we can provide a shipping quote before you bid. We DO NOT SHIP TO A RESIDENCE. Please inspect the shipment for any damage before signing for the part-if damaged, do not accept shipment and we will deal with the freight company.

Seats
Due to the over-sized shipping requirements for seats, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please provide your exact mailing address so that we may accurately quote a shipping price. Please note that some used seats that have side airbags will be more costly to ship. Federal law requires all air bags to be shipped as hazardous material. All airbags must be shipped as hazmat - not via air shipment. There are no exceptions. Orders will be processed in 2 to 3 days from receipt of full payment and should be received within 7-10 days after shipment.
Please confirm a shipping quote if shipping cost is not stated in the auction.

Warranty

All Parts  come with a 90 Day warranty, unless otherwise stated. The time begins 10 days after the auction date of purchase. This is a part only warranty, we Do NOT  WARRANTY LABOR. This limited warranty is void of the part is taken apart or modified therefore not in the condition you received it. The warranty represents that the part is as described in the above listing and is in good working condition. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. In the event of a defect, promptly notify All Auto Parts. All Auto Parts will at their option refund the purchase price or within a reasonable time replace the part. Again, we DO NOT WARRANTY LABOR.

Returns

If the part we supply is not in the condition as described in the auction, does not function or was not shipped on time, we will do one of the following:
1. Refund your purchase price plus the freight
2. Replace the part and pay the freight
3. If the part is repairable, offer a reduction in price to repair the part
4. Before leaving negative feedback please contact us and allow us to remedy you concerns.
If we supply the correct part in the condition described in the auction, but buyer has ordered the wrong part, there is a 25% restocking fee
