Returns and Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You may return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the date it is received. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If you are returning the original package, please insure it for the full purchase price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price less a $3 restocking fee via PayPal. We do not refund the original shipping costs. We will begin a claim once we have received a description of the damage and pictures if possible, as well as current contact information (email and phone number) so UPS or USPS may contact to arrange for inspection/pick-up of the damaged item. PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to an address other than their final destination (such as a PO Box or UPS Store) MUST be opened at the ship-to address. Failure to do so may void the shipping insurance and no refund will be issued unless the claim is approved
