Contiguous United States
We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping services. We will use whichever carrier best meets everyone's needs both economically and in a timely manner. Requesting a specific service may require additional funds and will delay processing/shipment.
USPS Priority Mail
Deliveries to AK, HI, and PR (or customers with PO Boxes) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance will be required on all USPS shipments. We will not ship using First Class Mail or waive any insurance/confirmation fees.
International Shipping
Effective August 1, 2011 Only Harley-Davidson licensed products and dealer imprint items are eligible for international sale. Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts, Accessories, and MotorClothes can not be shipped overseas.
Canadian and other international customers will receive a fair USPS Priority Mail shipping quote. Insurance is required for all international orders and will be automatically included in the shipping cost. DO NOT ask us to change the declared value of goods or mark items as "Gift". Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any taxes implemented by Customs. Please make yourself aware of your government's taxes, duties, customs fees and importing rules BEFORE you place your order. If you do not want to pay dues then DON'T PURCHASE.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Immediate payment is required on all Fixed Price/Buy It Now listings. If you wish to receive a combined shipping discount, Ebay has a shopping cart feature that will assist you in combining purchases of multiple items. Returns & exchanges are made at the sole discretion of Barnett Harley-Davidson within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be accepted only for misrepresented merchandise (i.e. not as described and confirmed by seller), damaged merchandise (upon approval by seller) or incorrect merchandise (i.e. wrong size or different item). Returns not meeting this criteria will require shipping costs in both directions be payed by the customer.

In order for merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:
  • Item must remain in new condition with tags intact
  • Item must be delivered to our store within 30 days of purchase
  • Merchandise containing animal hair, smoke fumes, or unreported damage will not be accepted
