We aim to post your item as quick as possible. We do our best to send it the next working day but, sometimes, depending on demand, it could take up to 2-3 working days. We post all items first class, unless the customer chooses for another option. We do recommend that the buyer chooses the first class recorded option once it is easier to track.

If eventually, an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Orders are also dispatched in discreet packaging and your details are only for our use and will not be available to third parties for marketing purposes.

Returns
7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. You have 7 days after receiving your item/s to change your mind and cancel the contract. If you decide to cancel the contract, please, let us know within the 7 days and post it back to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with labels intact. When your item is received by us, it will be checked and if we find any signs of wear we won't accept the return. The return postage is the buyers responsibility and must be paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate and hygienic standards of certain items, it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, thongs, knickers and bottoms in general.
