Custom Framed Authentic Titanic Wood

Thousands Sold in over 6-years.

The www.TitanicItems.com collection is an amazing online museum that can offer more information about this item. Don't be fooled by fake items and deals to good to be true. Fact is there are very few sellers (if any) that offer real Titanic wood. Make sure the source is verified and a good place to do this is on the www.Encyclopedia-Titanica. org message forum. Some of the top Titanic experts in the world are there and can assist you in validating a seller and/or a relic.

About the Wood

Among the flotsam and jetsam plucked from the frigid Atlantic Ocean following the Titanic's demise were several pieces of wood. William J. Parker, a carpenter aboard the rescue ship Minia, grabbed some of this wood and made various items for himself and Chief Officer James Adams.

The thin slice of wood boldly displayed is authentic Titanic recovered pine wood. This would indicate it was more than likely part of the deck. It was once a shelf in a liquor cabinet made entirely of Titanic wreckwood originally belonging to Chief Officer Adams and eventually passed down to his grandson. Later it was in the private collection of a world renowned Titanic expert and displayed at Orlando's "Titanic - The Exhibit" and then at the Titanic Museum in Branson , MO.

This is a elegant 8" x 10" black framed custom matted piece of art and history. The 6"x 4" picture is from a high resolution image in our collection showing the Titanic as it departs with people on board in full view. The highlighted wood relic is a thin slice about 17mm x 7mm. Sizes vary and the actual piece shown will not be the exact one received but "will be" as described and almost always much larger (sometimes double or more). Compare this to another site that sells framed slivers for over $1,000.

Comes with a signed certificate of authenticity and multiple documents; from the Titanic museum where the original relic was displayed as well as renowned experts. This is truly an astounding treasure and a piece of history with great provenance.
